These Terms of Service ("Terms", "ToS") govern your access to and use of Fibre Flow, including the website https://fibreflow.nz, the Fibre Flow web application, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

The Service is provided and operated by KiwiFibre Innovations Ltd ("we", "us", "our", "KiwiFibre"), a company registered in New Zealand.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Accounts & Authentication

Certain features require account creation. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your credentials secure
• All activity under your account
• Immediately reporting unauthorised access

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Upload or transmit malicious code
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service (except where expressly permitted)
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or abusive

3. User Content & Data

You retain ownership of data and content you upload ("User Content").

You grant KiwiFibre Innovations Ltd a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Service.

You warrant that your User Content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding User Content) remain with KiwiFibre Innovations Ltd or its licensors.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Billing is handled through invoicing
• Subscriptions renew automatically
• You may cancel anytime via contacting administration
• No refunds except as required by law

6. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with notice where required.

7. No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL KIWIFIBRE INNOVATIONS LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding twelve (12) months.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

10. Modifications

We may revise these Terms. Continued use after posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
